Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ring devices and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Ring account and visit the Order History page to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your Ring device and all original accessories, including cables and mounts, back into the original product packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
